Inspired by the increasing popularity of mocktail beverages, we were tasked with creating a mocktail brand in my senior portfolio course. Given this prompt, I concepted Blend’n, a mocktail that allows consumers to “blend in” socially (with the cans packaging resembling the appearance of an alcoholic drink), also referencing the colors of the product blending together (both packaging and drink-wise). The beverage uses ingredients of different densities to create this gradient effect. The logo and cylindrical shape in the middle of the can is a biodegradable plastic film to preview the beverage to onlookers in style.
